Information we collect
Enquiry forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, model interest, preferred date, vehicle variant or trim, colour preference, and any message you choose to provide. If you choose optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process a page path, page title, and successful enquiry event without form values. When you open a page with an enquiry form, Google reCAPTCHA v3 may process browser, device, network, and interaction signals to assess whether a later submission is genuine.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange test drives, discuss vehicles, offers, finance, sales enquiries, aftersales, or LEPAS Care, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Processing is limited to the purpose of your enquiry and applicable business or legal requirements.
Routing and service providers
Your enquiry is routed to the relevant LEPAS Worcester sales, finance, service, or parts contact. A configured website delivery provider may process the submission on our behalf. Optional Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after an analytics choice and is configured without advertising personalisation. Google reCAPTCHA v3 processes its verification request under Google's own privacy terms and uses the result only to help protect this enquiry service. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Retention and security
